Zenex Technologies (“Zenex”) is an independent, unregistered organization operating through its website and online platforms. We provide digital commissions and consultation services, including but not limited to programming, Discord bots, website development, Roblox game development, and advisory services for games, developers, and companies. Zenex does not operate as a registered legal entity, and all payments are processed through third-party providers. Compensation for developers and staff may be issued through gift cards or reward-based payouts.
By accessing or using any services provided by Zenex, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not permitted to use services operated by Zenex.
Zenex services are intended only for individuals aged 13 or older. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Zenex reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for any user confirmed to be under the required age.
Zenex provides digital assets, custom commissions, and consultation services, including but not limited to Discord bots, websites, Roblox games, and advice for game development or businesses. All services are delivered digitally and documented accordingly.
Payments for Zenex services are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Zenex does not guarantee refunds; however, refund requests may be reviewed and approved at management’s sole discretion. We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any payment concerns.
Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances and are considered a material violation of these Terms of Service. By purchasing or using Zenex services, you expressly agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal.
Zenex will review disputes in good faith and may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, or alternative resolution.
Zenex reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate access to its services for any user who initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal in violation of these terms.
Purchased digital assets are delivered promptly via Zenex’s designated communication channels, such as Discord or external links. Commissions and consultation services are delivered through mutually agreed-upon platforms, including Discord or other digital means. Zenex maintains records and documentation of all product and service deliveries to help prevent fraud or disputes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of digital assets, designs, or commissioned works provided by Zenex Technologies may transfer to the client upon full payment. However, Zenex reserves the right to protect its work and reputation by taking action, including issuing DMCA takedown notices, cease-and-desist letters, or pursuing other legal remedies, if any product is used illegally, misused, or otherwise damages Zenex’s reputation. This applies even if the client holds ownership rights.
Zenex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to its services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms of Service, suspected abuse or fraud, or any conduct that Zenex, in its sole discretion, deems harmful or inappropriate. Termination of access does not waive or limit Zenex’s rights to enforce its intellectual property, issue takedown notices, or take any other action to protect its work and reputation as described in Section 7.
All Zenex services, assets, and advice are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Zenex limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. While Zenex may, at its sole discretion, provide compensation, additional fixes, or other remedies as a gesture of goodwill, this does not create any obligation or guarantee. Zenex is not responsible or liable for any actions taken by its engineers, staff, or contractors that violate these Terms or applicable policies.
